Move the mouse to move your paddle left/right and toward/away from the net. Height follows the ball.
Swing by pushing the mouse forward quickly. Swings naturally travel low to high, like a real stroke.
Scroll wheel sets your resting face angle (slightly open / closed). Middle click resets it.
Hold left to snap the face closed (topspin, lower), hold right to snap it open (backspin, lift).
The gauge shows your face angle. The dashed ghost is the angle that would land the ball.
Your face angle is yours, and at contact it's fine-tuned by a few degrees toward one that lands.
